I Miss You, Stinky Face (Board Book)

My grandson and I love stinky face. He has the wildest imagination and his momma always has the best and most loving answers for him. Such cute and funny books. We read them every time he comes over. Fun to read and fun to hear!

I recently purchased I miss you stinky face for my Marine who is stationed in another state! Both of my grown children love this book so much since they were very small! This was our favorite book to read and still they will ask to read it when they want to relive a bit of their childhood! My daughter and I have tattoos on our arms referencing I love you stinky face! The very ending I have in my daughters writing and the child’s part is in my writing on her arm! Every baby shower we go to we give this book as a gift because it has always brought so much joy and happiness to my children ❤️💙

This addition to our “Stinky Face” collection was just perfect! All of my little ones absolutely love to read these books and this was no exception to that. We have tried to purchase all of them. It reads well and flows nicely. This is one of the best children’s books we own. We recommend this based on the following things.. it’s reads well, flows nicely, it’s just small enough for a kiddos hands, and the thickness of each page is perfect that it shouldn’t get broken or bent. Great for kids who love to be read to each night at bedtime.

Got it and several other books for my 4 year old grandson who was having separation issues when his mom started working outside the home. This was the only one he wanted to hear over and over. Nicely illustrated and a great stimulus for the imagination, along with the reassuring message that Mommy would overcome any obstacles to come home to her child.

When my Son was a toddler, I read “I Love You, Stinky Face” to him at bedtime and would sometimes make reference to the title when seeing him off for the day. Now he’s a Marine and overseas and I found this while browsing on Amazon and of course it made a PERFECT gift to send to him. Just a small reminder of simpler times and how much I Love him! He appreciated it!

The Stinky Face books are a new Discovery. They are sturdy, colorful & very imaginative. Always portraying a mother's love for her child no matter what. I'll be buying every one that comes out for my grandchildren & for gifts!

When my son was a child, his favorite book was "I Love You Stinky Face" - the original also by author Lisa McCourt. Fast forward to the year he was leaving for college and I stumbled on this book on Amazon and knew immediately I had to have it. I wrote my long "mom"message about how much I would miss him and how proud I was of him and snuck it into his dorm room as we were moving him in for his Freshman year of college. What a find! I hope he will keep it forever. GREAT, great stories by a great author.

My 2 year old loves I Love You Stinky Face. Since I travel for work, I bought this book for her to read while I'm out of town. The flow of the book is similar to the original, but the rhymes and "what ifs" aren't quite as charming as the original. She liked reading the book with me, but I'm not sure if it will have the same staying power. That's probably not a problem given the intent of the purchase.
