Collected Works Of Kahlil Gibran Hardcover – March 5, 2018

(Ignore the current condition of it because it was way better when I received it lol)I really enjoyed reading this book and reading the works of Kahlil Gibran. At first I was getting it so I can read “The Prophet “ but then decided to get all the works in one whole book. It really was an interesting read and hopefully to re-read it in the near future.

The media could not be loaded. Since this book arrived, and I ordered it prime, so it came pretty quickly I have not been able to put it down. For the first time I have all of this brilliant writers words put together in one book.Its a hefty tome of breathtaking words of love, life, and philosophy. This seller is great. Product has exceeded my expectations, carefully packaged, arrived on time, great value, great quality and breathtakingly impressive to look at hold in your hands. I can tell this book will hold up over time and be a family heirloom first passed onto my daughter and so on to read and enjoy.However, I failed to truly understand the brilliance of this writer’s words. You must be at a certain point of consciousness within yourself. The depth goes beyond any depth I have ever read and truly taken in before.Thank you so much. Touché to the seller.

His flow of thought is simply perfection as is his phrasing. You almost can't listen to a political speech without a phrase stolen without attribution from Kahlil, but twisted it into what it wasn't."Ask not what your country can do for you. Ask what you can do for your country." ?? Kahlil states that is what a CITIZEN should ask of people in power. Oooo, hmmmm.

It’s a very beautiful presentation of His works. The only thing I wish is that the individual works are listed in the table of context however the pieces within these works are not. Such as his piece ‘The Prophet’ which has 20 something pieces to it, the individual works in that are not listed in the table of context. So you have to fillip to ‘The Prophet’ and then find the chapter yourself.

The book is very pretty! The only thing was that all the pages were stuck together due to the gold on the outside, so I had to manually unstick them one by one! Not a big deal. Also noticed multiple spelling/grammatical errors that were distracting

I “loathe” most of my individual works and was happy to find this great collection of classical writings. Highly recommend it
