The proportions are better for an adult or older child. The jacket was big in the shoulders, making my 3.5 month son look like a hunchback. The white shirt was short and wide, the neck was too small to button without choking him. The tie clips onto the neck of the shirt, which requires the top button done. The pants were fine on width, but were a little long. I did not try on the vest.Even though he didn't fit well, it looked like it was made well for an inexpensive polyester. If the shirt was replaced, this would not have been a disaster. Luckily, it was a costume and not a special occasion.
