I have only worn them once so far so ill make this quick. I was going to order a size up but since I noticed it had an elastic waist (maybe adding 2-4") I decided to go with XL since i usually wear a 38 waist and I was right they fit snug but not yoga pants skin tight so if you wash them DO NOT DRY let them AIR DRY. Now onto the quality for the price i was expecting a run of the mill Walmart shorts but I was dead wrong the shorts should've been priced 30$+ they feel lightweight and breathable also the beaded drawstring add a certain accent to these shorts. But overall I am happy with my purchase i actually ordered another pair in black so I hope my expectations wont waiver.

I bought several of these shorts in different colors. They are light and incredibly comfortable with the feel of linen. Most people are probably concerned with sizing, so here's my two cents: First, the elastic waistband with the string ties pretty much eliminates any issues with waist size. I am 5' 10", 260 lbs with a 40-42" waist, so I'm not an easy fit. I bought four pair of XL and two pair of XXL. There really isn't any discernible difference in the waist because of the elastic, so both sizes fit my waist fine. As expected, the thighs and seat of the XLs are a little more snug than the XXLs, but again, because of the linen-like quality of the shorts, even the more snug XLs are really comfortable, and I tend to prefer loose clothing. I would say the only difference worth mentioning is the larger shorts have deeper pockets, which I prefer.Also worth mentioning: I had bought a nice Cuban Guayabera dress shirt, and was looking for long pants to wear with it. Manwan makes long pants which are identical to these shorts, including the same waistband ties with the beads, so I bought a pair of their white XL long pants for the Guayabera, and they are perfect.I have been wearing the different colors of the shorts every day this summer, and have washed them all several times. They have held up beautfully. I cannot believe the quality of these shorts for the price—I paid $9.99 for the red pair, and $16.99 for the others. I highly recommend them.

I bought two pair, one navy, and one army green.They seemed a bit large to me, but that may be just me being out of style. I don't like the "basketball" shorts that are popular these days. If I were to re-order, I think that I'd go for the next smaller size. They were also a bit roomy around the waist. I'm the guy who's built like a fire hydrant, short and stocky, so take that into consideration too.

LOVE these shorts! Super lightweight. Super comfortable. Durable with no loose threads, and the product description is very accurate. No issues with size or color or anything. Highly recommend these - excellent in the warm weather!

I purchased these shorts for my husband for a beach wedding he was a groomsman in. The shorts were comfy, fit perfectly, and actually "breathed" (being cotton). It was exactly what he needed for a beach wedding in Fort Myers, FL in the middle of July.

I normally wear a 2x and ordered a 3x based on other reviews and .they are still too small. I can wear them but a bit too tight to wear in public. As for the quality, I found the product to be a bit "itchy". (They did soften up some after a long soak in fabric softener) Overall, even had the fit been perfect they are not great everyday wear shorts. The pockets are not deep enough to hold anything and the decorative string makes them look more like sleepwear than beachwear. The 2 star rating is higher than my opinion of the item but I should have known better than to expect much for the price. Not worth sending back and not worth wearing. Maybe if you are skinny these shorts would work for you but I kinda doubt it.

I really wasn't sure what I was going to think about the elastic waist, but it sure is comfortable! If I have any complaints its merely that the draw strings are too long. Hardly a deal breaker.
