Works great & high quality! Adhesive is very, very effective. Fine value.
This tape works great for DIY electronics projects and crafts projects. I am a pro member at Instructables.com and needed some of this to use in my Arduino and MCU projects. It works great! I am also a designer and will use this on many other crafts projects throughout the year. The generous length on this roll is plenty for the price. Locally, a roll of copper foil tape of lesser quality at this length can easily cost $80 or more. I paid $10.42 shipped. The adhesive is sticky enough to adhere with a vengeance to various surfaces at room temperature while being not so sticky that it cannot be handled for placement. I have not tested higher temperature installations (100 degrees or higher) for adhesive quality. I placed a 2-inch test strip down on my Formica-topped workbench for testing. I couldn't get the tape back off without using a screwdriver to scrape it off. So if you're looking for tape that will have excellent adhesion properties, this is a fine value. Other tapes I've used had higher prices and only had marginal adhesion at best. Those others would always fail when used in installations that would have temperatures higher than room temp. This is only 1/4" wide, but it's a great value in that this small width tape still had sufficient surface area to stick just fine.

Like another reviewer
I purchased this tape for its electrical conductivity. Like another reviewer, I too bought this tape as an alternative to connecting solar cells without soldering. And it seems to work out just fine. The electrical current passes through the adhesive as promised. The resistance is mostly nominal, as another person said, the more contact area you have with the adhesive, the less resistance there is. The adhesive is also quite strong, once you firmly press down on the tape, it is difficult to remove from the surface you are sticking it to. At least for me, the solar cells are quite fragile, so once you apply the tape, don't try to undo it, or the tape will destroy the cell. Other people talked about it about getting cut by the tape, and sure enough first day I got cut by it, beware of the sharp corners. Can't solder to the adhesive side, repels the solder, but can definitely solder to the topside. I definitely recommend this to someone who needs to make a super flat electrical connection. Some reviews indicate this is not electrically conductive adhesive, but I suspect they did not actually apply it to a surface. If you put an ohm meter up to the adhesive only, there is no reading. But once the adhesive is firmly pressed and adhered, the electrical connection across the adhesive is there and measurable. I liked this tape, but for my application (connecting solar cells), I will highly recommend the double sided tape instead, it is much faster when both sides have the conductive adhesive.

Non conductive adhesive
It does great as a thin foil tape, however the adhesive on the back is not conductive at all. I was quite disappointed when it was advertised as such an did not conduct, but acted better as an insulator.

Poor conductor of electricity
The only reason I purchased product is due expected properties of conductivity. Tape was poor and messy better of and easier using soider to tab solar cells.

Good Tape and Works As Advertised
Does what it is supposed to and is good tape. My only complaint is that it is hard to keep neatly packed together. As you unroll it and use it the tape becomes a bit harder to manage, but it isn't a huge deal. If I had a holder for it it'd definitely be easier to manage. Great product nonetheless that does exactly what it should.

Just what I needed.
I saw a YouTube video about using this tape for jewelry and soldering. Just had to try it and I was so pleased with the results. Very versatile and meets my need for many projects I couldn't do before using this tape. I have several druzy slices I thought I could only wire wrap because they were not mounted, but because of this product I was able to use just a small amount of the tape, wrapped around the slice, smoothed out as much as possible, a little bit of flux and then solder. I used a solder iron and presto I had a nice, somewhat smooth mount surrounding my slice. I then soldered a jump ring to the slice and instantly has a beautiful pendant with very little polishing or filing needed. I also tried this on spiked stones and made earrings. My only regret is I have only tried silver solder, which limits my metal choices. This product has opened a whole new avenue to my jewelry designs. I am thankful I watched the YouTube spot that sparked my interest.

Conductive adhesive
This stuff is pretty cool. The adhesive is mediocre. Better than post-it, but not as good as Scotch tape. However, the adhesive is conductive. I was able to strap several AA batteries in series with this and resistance was very minimal. After assembling, I wrapped the entire assembly once in packing tape, and again over the terminals to protect the foil tape. Works like a champ.

If using as a wire, please consider buying Tarn-X
I bought this product for a home project whereby lights are controlled by an Arduino. Instead of wires running from lights/sensors to arduino I instead used this copper foil for artistic purposes. The problem that I ran into was that foil tarnishes fast and placing one piece of foil over another resulted in very high resistance along the junctions. At one point I measured 20 ohms of resistance after 4 junction points. The solution was to cut the junction points where two pieces of copper overlap and replace them with fresh pieces of copper foil. I used tarn-x to remove the highly resistive tarnish to join the new copper with the old copper. Make sure you have a *lot* of overlap. Despite this, it seems that the junction points increase their resistance as time goes on. On the next project I'm going to experiment with aluminum strips since aluminum doesn't tarnish nearly as fast. It's also entirely possible that the acrylic-based adhesive is to blame.
