These SFCs' work great.
Plug and play. We use these with Cisco SG300-10P and SG350-10P switches. Have not had any problems with them.

Be ware! Not compatible with Ubiquiti equipment!
Just like the title says, it's not compatible with unifi stuff. I purchased 2 pairs to run fiber cable and it would not work at all. Tried everything I could, the moment I plug in official Unifi modules everything worked right away. It was plug and play with unifi modules, while these gave me a ton of trouble and still never worked properly.
