Very good with some minor issues and quality control issue
Update 2: I contacted the Amazon customer support and they helped me reset it and it works again. It took 3 tries, which is kind of hit or miss. Amazon customer support is nice and friendly and very helpful. So thank you. Here's the last reset that works:1. Unpair them both from the phone2. Turn off bluetooth from the phone3. Take both ear buds out and press down on both for 30 seconds. Use a timer and do it almost exactly that, not less, but not too much longer4. Put both back, left and right correct into left and right slots of charger5. Press the buttons on both ear buds while in charger simultaneously for 10 seconds. Again, I did use a timer for that.6. Take them out both in a same time (this is very challenging due to the fact this is very hard to take out)7. Turn phone bluetooth on and scan for devices. I noticed the Left bluetooth is red/blue blinking and right is not8. Pair to the T2 (not T2-R).After using this for a while, here's how I feel:* Sound quality is pretty good* Distance coverage is good* Battery is very goodNegative:* Taking it out is a pain if your hand is dry/smooth. This is minus 2 stars for me. It's painful.* This pairing issue is causing me a lot of concern. I probably will have it again.* I listen to one ear bud alot. One advance the song to next when press twice. The other goes to previous song. This is really messed up, since if I use the Left, I can't skip to the next song with the ear bud* The min volume is too loud and very bad for me, especially for at night listening. I like to listen before bed, and this loud level may hurt my ear if I do it every night (however, this could be because of the phone)The document should also include the reset steps above.Would I buy this again? No, unless there is no better choice for the similar price range.Update: I can't get stereo to pair. One of them works, just not both.Pros:Good sound qualityGood connection for long distance tested 30 feet with walls and turnsI haven't tested how long the battery last yetConnect to phone very quick and effortlessCons:At night, min volume is too loud, next low is mute (could be the phone issue)Out of the box, small ear piece was torn off, I need that for my ear sizeUser manual has too many mispells and hard to understand writingVery hard to get out of charging caseWhen remove from charger, it says something I can't hear since it's not on my ears yet. It's very creepy, asking for permission to access my contactsI really like it because minor cons, but broken rubber ear piece really put me off since I need that sizeIf those minor issues are fixed, it can be perfect.3.5 stars

good sound
Purchased these on a Thursday and received on Friday. Super fast. Overall have been using these for two days and am pleased with the quality and sound.PROS Come with 3 different bud tips for different ears. The middle ones fit me well Connect distance is outstanding. Forgot my phone on treadmill and was 10 meters away and still connected great so tried them in my home. Was able to go to all corners of my home upstairs and downstairs and still connected. Battery life is good for such a small unit. For me (music only) about 4 hours Light and comfortable, no pain after 3 hours Some have complained about bass. I feel it is quite adequate. CONS They tend to loosen when running or heavy workouts. I need to press them in every so often. This is a pain because I end up pausing my tunes or skipping to the next song when I do this. Also when I smile they loosen :) Actually have to press a button on the back of bud to activate functions. Others I have used just use touch, less irritating to ear canal. Not noise cancelling. As they get loose this gets much worse and irritating if the noise in the gym is loud The colors on the charging box are not like the instructions. Instructions say when box is charged blue. Mine is green. They also say on the website, when buds are charging box is blue, mine is red. No volume control on the buds. Must use control on phone. They are kind of a pain to get out of the charging box.All in all these are miner cons. I really like the sound, the longevity, and the distance.Update: I have found that the buds will not connect in stereo if I take the right bud out of the case first. They work fine if I take the left bud out first but if I take the right bud out first and then the left, I only hear tunes through the left. I then must put the right bud back in the case and wait for the charge light to come on and then take it out again then the buds will pair together and play stereo.Update: I really tried to like these buds for 2 weeks but they keep falling out of my ears during workouts. They are fine for casual listing but are worthless for workouts.
