The FORCE Is Strong With These Skywalker Cable Clips!
These Skywalker cable clips work very well. These cable clips are easy to install, and they hold any type of round cable or wire equal to or less than the diameter of RG6 Coax cable securely in place. The screw type fasteners on these cable clips work much better than the nail type, as they stay in place much better. The hex head on the screw is also convenient, so either a socket driver (preferred) or a Phillips screwdriver can be used to install these cable clips. The ability to purchase these cable clips in packs of 100 is also very convenient for numerous or large jobs. These cable clips come in black or white, so they are easy to hide (to and extent) on multiple surface colors. Overall, I highly recommend these Skywalker Cable Clips, and I am sure "Luke" would approve as well.

Not same size screw as the original Starlink ones
Although they do the job, the screw is a little shorter than the original screw of the Starlink clips. So be aware and make sure that the mounting surface is totally flat, any uneven surface (pebble wall) can prove a challenge. Otherwise does what it should do.

Great RG6 Coaxial Cable Clps
These screw-in clips are a vast improvement over the nail-on one. They are so install to install. I highly recommend them!

Good quality, I'm buying more
These are exactly what you want for cat 5 cable management. When screwed down they don't pinch, cable can move freely. The screws are better than expected. I didn't strip any or break any. I'm buying more now to have on hand. 100x better than the single nail c clamps on Amazon.

Holds antenna cable securely.
If it snapped together before screwing it in, that would make it much easier to use, but it holds my antenna cable securely.
