This product does what it says. PHOSPHATIDYLSERINE is a wonderful brain support. If I take it before class or for coaching, I can totally notice that my brain clicks in more and I retain more information. Definitely a must have for anyone active and engage engaged in life.

I am very happy with this product. I take it first thing in the morning. It is the only thing I have found that has helped with my memory. In the beginning, it took about 3-4 days for me to see that it was helping. I feel it is a excellent product.

Not sure if wishful thinking on my part, but I do think I remember some things better. It’s not a miracle cure for aging memory gaps, by any means, but I bought a second bottle so I must feel they are worth the price🥴

This is one of a couple of supplements I have read about which may have positive effects on the brain. For several months I felt that I wasn't able to articulate and get out a complicated sentence as well as I had in the past; it happened often enough that I noticed it and was a bit concerned. This supplement is said to actually have some very possible benefits to brain function so I decided to try it. After a few weeks of this and another supplement (which I also reviewed) I am certain that I'm able to express my thoughts more quickly and with less fumbling for the next word. My experience is anecdotal of course and I have no way to know if this product or the other or both are responsible for what I think is a definite improvement - but the improvement is noticeable and I intend to keep using this one (along with the other). It has been listed at some reputable health sites as a legitimate possible worthwhile supplement.

I didn't think this worked for me as well as NP brand but didn't cause any side effects so I give it a 3.
