It all depends on your ability to make stuff work. I put a lotus engine in a dodge shadow by striping out and replacing all the wiring. So the answer is up to your colors of Red N Green

will this work on a harbor freight 45 amp plasma cutter

It didn’t work on the 60 amp. Looks the same on the outside, but was internally different.
