Contacted vendor on several occasions. They were unable to comprehend my consternation when item was late and tracking number failed to produce any results.At one point, I estimated that the item had travelled a total of 21 miles in 3 weeks. So much for German efficiency.When it finally arrived, it looked OK. But when installing, it was a sodding nightmare. I have installed a bifold screen in my en suite bathroom years ago and it was a piece of cake. This one was not.My advice?
