Simply said, this is the very best ingredient to use for a perfect Key Lime pie like you pay over $10.00 for at Publix! Just follow the instructions on the bottle and don't add the white fluff until the pie is going to be consumed. A slice or the whole pie is just great with a healthy dollop of Reddi-Whip or freshly made whipped cream!

I used this in a key lime cake recipe that called for it in both the cake batter and frosting. Everyone thought I was a hero! The recipe said this is much better than regular lime juice. I’ll definitely be using this again.

Love this .. we originally picked it up, down by the keys and ran out so ordered more from Amazon. We use it on our Vodka Tonics, it actually beats a real lime!

Product arrived in a wet soaked box. The lid was taped on-but that did not prevent ‘breakage’. I thought I could salvage what juice was left & place in another container & say nothing. Then I noticed it’s ’use by’ date is tomorrow. I just received this day before yesterday. It was such a mess, I had to give it time to dry-then I saw not only the lid was broken but seal compromised-and that’s why the box was soaked and sticky. Thank goodness my other item in box did not also arrive ruined.A ‘cannot return item’…it should be replaced!!

Beats the heck out of juicing enough key limes to make a pie.
