A must have for night runners or anyone working in the dark. LIFE SAVER
To sum it up. I will be buying more of these if I ever have to and will be running with this for the rest of my life 5 stars! I find reviews to be really helpful when they are listed in a pros and cons list so here we go. Pros 1. Literally life saving. On my third run I was almost run over by a distracted driver. Which has never happened to me on a run before. I was shocked when it happened and they even stopped and apologized and said she reacted right away because of how bright this is. 2. Traffic immediately starts to behave differently when I run with this on. I can see almost every car drive around me as if there was a bubble like we are supposed to do with bikes. It's amazing. 3. Incredibly light and comfortable. I don't notice it all when running. 4. Great battery life and weather resistant. I have run with it while it's drizzling and had no issue. I can charge it once and it will last me about a week and half with 30 minute runs everyday. 5. Great accessory. The additional light you can purchase with it works incredibly well. Highly recommend that. Cons. 1. The price. YIKES. However, very worth it for the safety that it provides, literally already saved me once. Plus the build quality is noticeable good. So that makes up for it. 2. Pay attention to sizing and check out the sizing chart. I wish this was more inclusive to bigger bodies. There are plenty of curvy runners out there that could use this. Not to mention all the road workers and night shift workers that could benefit from this in a larger size. For reference I wear a size small in Old Navy shirts and according to their sizing chart I use a M/L.

I won't be getting hit by a car again!
I run at 5AM and beyond my neighborhood, the roadways are pitch black. Despite the lighting in my neighborhood, I was hit by a car last week coming out of an alleyway. I remembered one of my friends receiving the Tracer 360 as a gift. I asked her about her experience with the product and purchased the unit on her recommendation. Adjusting the vest is easy. The reflective chest band is elastic and keeps all the other components in place. The illuminated tubing is fixed at the rear and has adjustable anchor buttons on the front, so it's easy adjust the length of the tubing to fit your shoulders. I purchased the XL because the chest band is adjustable from 29-44 inches, so both my husband and I can use the unit. The power pack on the back has a button that allows you to turn the unit on/off and select the color(s) and mode (solid/flashing) you want to use. The product is very lightweight and does not interfere your movement. If it weren't such a glowing beacon of light, you wouldn't even notice it was there. I tried it out for three runs last week and I'm impressed! It felt really weird to be so visible during my runs, but there was no question as to whether or not drivers were able to see me. Cars started moving over 500+ feet down the road, even when I was on the sidewalk. This product is lightweight, provides free range of motion, is incredibly bright, and well worth the money. I'll be recommending the Tracer 360 to all of my friends that run in the early morning and at night. I also purchased a clip on light (Lone Wolf Active Safety Light) from Amazon that works great with the Tracer 360. The clip on light illuminates the road and, more importantly, let's me see spiderwebs while running under low hanging trees.

I'm very bright and very visible when I cycle at night.
I am gushing about, and showing off, the Tracer360 to my riding buddies, friends and co-workers. This product is absolutely amazing. Their customer service is equally amazing. Cycling is my passion and something I greatly enjoy doing. Days are getting shorter and I don't get out of work early enough to finish my rides before nightfall. This product is the final piece to my night safety gear. I went on a group ride with it recently and one of the guys I ride with has already said that he is getting one. Everyone else who has seen it thinks that it is fantastic. I've had cars slow down as they pass me while I'm out riding to get a better look and one car passenger yelled out her window, "I LOVE your lights!" I am recommending it to every person I know who either cycles or jogs past sundown. This is the best product I've ever purchased for my cycling safety (and I've purchased a lot). I have absolutely NO regrets about my purchase (sometimes eyebrows go up when I mention the price, but it is definitely worth every penny). It is exactly what I've been looking for to enhance my visibility when I ride after sundown. I hope Noxgear is in business a good long time because when this one breaks, if the warranty has expired, I'm going to need to purchase another. I would make one suggestion (and I did when I contacted them). I require their product so that I can stay active as the days get shorter, so I don't mind having to buy batteries when it requires, but some people have mentioned that they don't like the idea of the added cost. I recommend that they consider making it rechargeable either via USB or provide an AC charger. (And that was my two cents.) On top of the incredible piece of safety equipment they've manufactured and the fact that they've made safety cool, their customer service is truly customer-centric. I originally ordered a Large/Medium, but it turned out to be too large and the light tubes hung too low and too loose. I contacted Noxgear from the "Contact the seller" button, explained my predicament and requested to exchange my Large/Medium for a Small. The answer was "yes", no questions asked. Now THAT is Customer Service. All the best to Noxgear.

Don’t shop around just get this one. You’ll love it.
It’s phenomenal. Definitely get the attachable light. The reason this is better than the competition is because it never dims it just tells you when it’s low on batteries and then shuts itself off so there is never any loss of visibility with us. The attachable light is the same way it maintains a static brightness that turns off when it’s out of batteries without getting dimmer. The quality of the item is excellent. It uses USB-C, and my only criticism is that a little black plastic clip on the back of the harness that holds the fiber optic cables together for ergonomics loses its ability to keep the cables together. But that’s nothing that could not easily be fixed with a piece of string or something like that. Oh and definitely get the light hound as well. That also never dims overtime. It just runs the battery down and turns off so you get consistent visibility throughout the entire charge. If you’re on the edge about getting us done be just got it. You’ll love it. They also have extra harness pieces that are reflective that go over your shoulders along with the fiber optic cables that I’m thinking about getting, it’s the same piece of fabric that goes around your waist just on your shoulders. You definitely get what you pay for it. It’s not some cheap piece of shit.

Tracer360° Illuminated Vest - Let There Be Light
Product: Tracer360° Illuminated Vest Price: $49.97 Cheapest Place to Buy: Amazon Product Dimensions: 3.6 x 2.5 x 8 inches; 5.6 ounces Guarantee: 1 year Manufacturer Warranty My Rating: 5 out of 5 stars ____________________________________________________________________________________________ I bought this vest to go with the LightHound dog harness I bought for my dog. Again I am not disappointed! It made me really visible so it does take a little while to get used to, but it felt really safe! The eye-catching, 360° illumination caused people driving by me in their cars to stop and ask where I got the 'cool-looking' illuminated vest. They told me everyone should have them. Perfect for evening joggers, cyclists and dog walkers. There are 6 super bright solid colors - Red, Blue, Purple, Pink, Green, and Orange AND 5 multicolor flashing modes easily selectable at the press of a button right on the vest, easy to access while you're walking, running, etc. Unlike reflective running vests these flexible fiber optic cables, and 3M reflector chest belts alert traffic before their headlights are on you. The 'X' shape of the light cables creates a larger visibility area, illuminating both sides of the body and making you visible from over a quarter mile in any direction. The vest is very lightweight (6.5 ounces), sweat-resistant and comfortable since it's made with high quality sports mesh and elastic. With the slim, minimalistic design it won't trap sweat and you’ll forget you’re wearing it. Since this vest is highly adjustable it can be worn throughout the year. It expands easily to fit over a winter coat or adjusts down to fit over a tank top in summer. Zero bounce and rain-resistant. The vest takes 3 AAA batteries which should last about six months with daily use. Noxgear was founded by engineer athletes with great customer service too. This vest is truly a revolutionary design and far surpasses the old fashioned head lamps and reflective clothing. I am extremely pleased with the vest and could not even find one thing I did not like about it. I hope you enjoyed this review and if you have any questions about the Tracer 360° or want to leave your own personal review, leave a comment below.

Excellent for running
Color options great. Custom fit easy and works. Light weight and weather proof. Fits easily on clothes or skin w/o issue. Only constructive feedback is the button press to turn off/on and change color setting for lights is on your back so once harnessed you don't have a way to access it fast especially if running. But it is easy to take on and off and set prior to wearing. As a dusk/dawn/night/road runner I appreciate how only a bit of light goes forward to see but not blind me running but on your back it has the brighter light source to be more visible. Excellent product. I have never seen anything come close on successful. Adjusting brightness level would be also helpful but setting it is at is good also.

Straight Out Of The Runner's Mouth
First and foremost, I'm going to start this long winded review with all the pros, then move into "cons" mostly being product improvements. I gave this product 5 stars after my first run with it because I can tell the difference with how traffic behaved immediately. I will adjust the review/score as I run with it more. Pros: It is now fall in New England and it's becoming pitch black outside before 5pm. This makes visibility while running after work a must. I put the product on the "police color flashing" mode and went for a run. I call it that because it cycles through mostly colors you would see on an emergency vehicle (red, blue & white). I thought that would garner the most attention. I was right. As someone who is an avid runner ~30 miles every week, I have been plagued by distracted drivers. After enough close calls and having to jump out of the way prior to being hit I now run against traffic so I can see it coming. You can imagine how much more important that is at night. With the lights flashing and me running against traffic I could see their reactions. Not only did I watch them turn off their high beams, but I actively saw braking and movement of the car toward the center line. It honestly brought a smile to my face. The LEDs were super bright in the dimly lit and dark areas but were less apparent under street lights, of course. Even so, I noticed the cars begin to notice me at a far enough distance to react and avoid my path. 5 stars were sold at that very moment. As far as fit goes, I was skeptical that it would stay in place especially since I decided to try it out shirtless. Well, I was again surprised that the chest straps stayed tight the entire run and that kept the back piece in place. Even after I started dripping sweat it stayed where it should. To further test whether or not it would flap against my body, keep falling or be an annoyance/cause a skin irritation, I kept a sub 7 minute pace my entire 7 mile run through uphills, downhills and flat terrain. It stayed tight to me the entire time. "Cons" Parts of my run were in pitch black. The LEDs were super bright to alert drivers, however not bright enough to illuminate the ground in front of me. While this isn't what it was designed to do, a nice product improvement would be to have a forward facing LED on the front clip that could light up the path in front of you. In this day and age I do agree with others that there should be a rechargeable battery installed in the device. However, it was a nice touch to have batteries installed out of the box. Hopefully revision 2.0 will have it. My final critique is that I wish there was some way the padding could be removed after a run. I sweat more than any human being should and I'd like to be able to machine or hand wash the padding...food for thought.

1000 Stars
I cannot give this high enough rating. First, the visibility is outstanding. You have many different colors to choose from, or you can use a fade style, or flashing. I use this for night running. And while wearing this, I know there is no chance people wouldn’t see me immediately. Second, the battery life is beyond belief. I bought this nearly 2 years ago, charged it immediately, and used it a handful of times during a marathon training program (I don’t run that often at dark). The next year, I started another marathon training program and last week, almost 2 years after the purchase and the last charging I needed to use it. I turned it on, thinking I wouldn’t have any power, but was surprised with the full bright light. I ran an hour run, and it was still shining bright when I got home. Unbelievable. My only Word of caution is I feel it runs a little small. Normally I wear a size large T-shirt so I bought an XL so it would go over winter layers and it is tight on me even while wearing just a hoodie.

This vest is honestly so much fun to use
This vest is honestly so much fun to use! Been eyeing it for ages but didn't want to get it because it is pretty expensive, but decided why not?! It's got so many different light settings, you can have all the colours flashing in sequence (red, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink!) Basically, your own mini light show to-go. You can also set it to a single colour if a moving disco party isn't your thing. The lights are also super bright and really increase your visibility to drivers at night. I got the small and it fits perfectly (162cm, 55kg, small frame). The straps don't move around, flap or shift while you run. The light pack on the back is securely attached to the belt and doesn't bounce around at all (one of my concerns at first). The pack also sits low enough on my back that my hair doesn't block it! (I have long hair...it gets in the way of most things...) The vest fits snug and not at all too tight, easily adjustable, doesn't dig in or chafe anywhere (not sure if the tubing will stick a bit to bare skin if you're in a tank top though). It also uses and comes ready with 3 AAA batteries which is awesome because those little disc batteries are just annoying and finicky to switch out. The whole thing is well made, no rough edges, super light yet sturdy feeling, no funky cheap plastic smells. The only downside would be that the on/off switch is on the back on the pack, so if you've already got it on, you need to do a little twisting and searching to get at the button. Not a big problem and not hard to get at, but it would be nice if the controls were on the front so you could switch through light patterns a little more easily while you've got the vest on and while you're moving. Overall, would highly recommend for runners!
