I have more than 4 years using this product. I have not enough words to praise this product. I have try others but this is the best by far. I have traveled to Asia without vaccines!!!! To travel there you need many vaccines so I decided to use something to protect myself instead to get a shot of half dead viruses. It does works!!!. I never got sick while traveling for a whole month. When other got sick I don't even get diarrhea. I start taking them one week before my trip and continue during the whole trip (4 per day). I only took 6 per day when I went to places known to have cases of leprosy.Of course I also took other hygienic precautions. I used it for every day use too, in less quantity (2 per day). I don't get sick not even when I'm close to other people with flu. I know there is not such things as miracle products but this one is near to be one. This product has at least 3 mushrooms that are well known for their properties (shiitake, Maitake and Reishi). I have heard that it is used even for cancer but I don't have knowledge about it. My own experience have been very positive, my doctor told me my immune system is very high and I can give faith of that. The pills are average on size, it doesn't smells at all and doesn't burn your stomach. During these years I haven't had any secondary effects. I take them with or without meals. I don't know if they react with other prescriptions. I highly recommend this product to boost your immune system. Just editing my review to say: The seller is amazing, I just received the package in 2 days!! I have been using this product for long time and no quality problems at all, anyway back of bottle says: Made IN USA, California (for those who think there is a problem with Chinese quality)

Can't say good or bad. No discernable results. I did get sick while taking.

Since starting regular use of this product 3 years ago, neither my husband nor I have had any colds or other respiratory issues.Before then, we had at least one cold a year.

good product but contains gluten!... wish it didi not. I tried it for a while and seems working on the immune system... had to stop due to the gluten effect on the thyroid gland.
