Review: Extremely pleased with the beauty and elegance of the china - Extremely pleased with the beauty and elegance of the china. Price was also excellent, esp. with the additional (included in price) serving bowl and platter. Sets a lovely table with gold chargers. We actually ordered two sets. One set came in with a broken bowl and the vendor replaced it rather quickly and without hassle. All we had to do was take a picture of the broken bowl.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is this dishwasher safe**
A: Absolutely, they are. We use them as our everyday dishes, and even with 2 young children, we love them. We put them in the dishwasher every time we use them with no issues. We got our original, partial set 11 years ago and they still look new. We recently upgraded to this set to have a complete place setting. The only thing they don't hold up to is dropping. lol. Well worth the investment.

**Q: are you shiping to Australia as well?**
A: Unfortunately not

**Q: Microwave and Dishwasher safe?**
A: Dishwasher safe only - Crestwood Gold is not microwave safe - Thank you Noritake Customer Service

**Q: Product description says microwave proof but mixed reviews here, which is true ?**
A: DO NOT MICROWAVE!!!!
Gold trim harks. A LOT! My gold trim was damaged in microwave. Scary.
Noritake should compensate me if it’s in the product description

Horrible dishes. Poor quality. Was unable to return as we had opened one of the boxes. The rest are just sitting in boxes in our basement.
