Have used this for years, probably in excess in most of my curry recipes. Excellent with grilled fish and rice, or in beef/onion/grape tomato stir fry.Spicy, yes, but also a complex of flavors that mitigate the rawness of simply hot peppers. A little can go a long way for some, or you can revel in the power of it if you’re like me.

This is my favorite spice paste, it's hot but only just, not extreme. The flavor and smell are universally good in most recipes. I typically get 3 or 4 meals out of each jar so the $10 price point is reasonable. And most importantly, it always arrives super-well packaged, triple wrapped in bubble wrap. It could just use a crumple of paper so it didn't roll back and forth in the box a few inches. But it's never arrived broken.

I've used this curry paste before, always with great results.It's a "hot" blend but not crazy hot. Excellent consistency and flavor.BTW Pataks pastes, chutneys etc. are all excellent.Received product wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box, great.

Great packaged well and as expected.

Spicey not hot. Wanted to try the paste for lentils. Next day, not even that Spicey. Even though it is expensive, can't find in my area stores. Will most likely buy again.

If you like Curry and want to save time. This brand is excellent. They have several varieties of curry and all of them are very good.
