I love that this is all-natural and works really well to keep mosquito’s and other bugs off me. I’ve used this particular brand for years and have recommended it to others.

I love that with this bug spray, I don't have to worry about health risks from substances present in certain other bug sprays on the market. The spray's natural citrus-floral scent is quite pleasing; more than one person has even complimented me on my presumed "new perfume"!Herbal Armor does a good job keeping mosquitoes away, but it did lose one star from me because it has not been terribly effective at keeping the American dog tick away from me. In the height of their active season this year, I drenched my clothes, skin, shoes, and hair with spray, and I still almost always managed to come inside with at least one tick hanging on somewhere. Sometimes I wouldn't discover these ticks for a few hours. This was not the result I was hoping for from the spray, which I purchased primarily to repel ticks. Now, that said, I discovered most of the dog ticks before they attached to my skin. I have wondered if the bug spray disoriented the ticks enough to give me time to find them before attachment/burrowing took place. Unfortunately, I have no way to reliably determine this; it's just my speculation.The ticks where I live are both numerous and determined, and I have yet to find any repellent ("natural" or otherwise) that I consider truly effective here. There may well be something better out there; if there is, I don't know what it is. I do consider Herbal Armor a decent overall spray, and I plan to continue using it for the foreseeable future.

This stuff works great! You know in all those articles that recommend some natural oil that keeps mosquitos and other insects away? You then try them out and find out it doesn't really work, well this bug spray contains all of those oils together and with the powerful combination you can be bug free, and feel invincible to mosquitoes and other bugs outside. I shot a scene for a movie out in the woods, I layered up in All Terrain Herbal Armor the other actors used off. I seemed to be the only person that felt invincible waiting to shoot scenes while out in the woods. I recommend this stuff, and bought 3-4 bottles my first time after experiecing its awesomeness in the Virgin Islands on vacation. Once this stuff ran out and we had to use deet based sprayed I got eaten up.

I hate putting chemicals on the kids & I am a mosquito magnet myself. This stuff works really well. It is somewhat smelly if you are not intro citronella, but anything you put on yourself to keep the bugs off is going to have a scent.I've only had one intense experience where it didn't keep the 'sqeeters away, and I trust this product to work well.

This 8 oz. bottle of the terrific natural insect repellent Herbal Armor by All Terrain is twice the size of the regular bottle, and therefore lasts you twice as long in the summer months. This great lotion is of a milky consistency (like suntan lotion), mildly scented with several herbs including lemongrass, peppermint, geranium & citronella (the latter, not enough to smell like a patio candle). It has great lasting power and really keeps you from getting bitten by all sorts of bugs including mosquitoes, flies & gnats. One thing, the bottle advises to avoid eyes & mouth area, for these I use Badger anti-bug balm which is also herbal but goes on like Vaseline. I love these all natural products, so much healthier than chemicals like deet.

This stuff works!!! I have used this multiple times when being outdoors and end up bite free. My family who was with me was bitten up and I was bite free (and I normally get eaten alive!)Ordering a second one to keep in the car because this stuff is so good. Have used it for long hikes during the day, and campfires/walks outside at night. It is great!** Warning ** It does make you smell strongly of a citronella candle - if that bothers you don't buy it! I don't mind and prefer the non-toxic formula of this brand but some may not like it.

I find this product to be effective in terms of warding off mosquitos, but the smell is not subtle at all. It's very strong - to the point that people we came in contact with inquired about it. While I like the product, I think a fragrance that strong is enough to make a note of. The fragrance is a mix of essential oils and it's not a bad smell, but it might bother you if you're sensitive to fragrances.

I live in a hot humid location near the mouth of a river. The mosquitoes are out in force most of the year. Working in the yard this weekend, I had not thought to apply any repellent until receiving a couple of bites. After applying the Herbal Armor, the bugs left me alone for the next couple of hours that I was outdoors. The spray does give off quite a strong smell, but it is citronella and other herbs that are not unpleasant as the chemically created sprays.

We went on a trip Brazil and didn't get bitten. It smells of cintronella and really Rey pleasant
