**Q: weight loss? thanks**
A: I don’t think these help with weight loss directly.  Indirectly I think they have proven very useful for me in that regard as part of my supplement regimen.  They do help keep hunger cravings down, at least in my experience.  And they aid in my digestion too.

**Q: Does this product contain any materials or ingredients that cause cancer?**
A: It has yucky Magnesium Stearate in it, research it....

**Q: Can someone post a photo of the ingredients?**
A: I don't see a way to download a picture.

**Q: Has anyone experienced a reduction in serum cholesterol after taking this product?**
A: Yes, I am in my late 50's and don't take any prescription medication.  My cholesterol was 225 and I started taking Chitosan with Glucomannan.  After 7 months my cholesterol was 211. It wasn't a huge reduction but it was enough for me to keep taking it and am looking forward to my yearly blood work.

Be absolutely sure! That you drink a full glass of water with these pills or you will feel it! They expand fairly quickly.  I take a lean cuisine power bowl to work for my lunch and rarely get to finish it before feeling full. If I remember to take it in the afternoon,  I eat a smaller dinner portion.  Three glucomannan has helped to heal my gut and I feel more energized and sleep so much better.

This does what it's supposed to and curbs your appetite, fills your belly so you don't eat as much. The fiber really helps with my regularity. My only personal issue is that it has INULIN in the product and I failed to notice that when I purchased it. Inulin is a FODMAP and I'm very sensitive to FODMAPS; I don't recommend this product if you have FODMAP sensitivities and/or IBS.
