Did not really read it.
I did not use this much to pass the 410. I mostly used CBT nuggets and Trainsignal/Pluralsight. And a lot of labbing. I really didn't read this book much at all so I cannot really comment to the quality of the book. I skimmed through it and it seemed ok. It's an official book so I will give credit where it's due

Learning Power Shell.
I like the great definition and example of the principles for installing and configuring windows server. I think more emphasis should have been placed on learning power shell, as the book referred to working in power shell often.

A little background -- I'm a web developer, not a server guy.For me, this book had way too many errors. It had me change settings of things that it didn't have me create. I would have to google stuff to figure out how to create the things so I could change some settings for them.This book was a nightmare to get through.

The content of book is good, but it does not render the images on my Kindle PC for windows app. I did sync, and load/upnload several times without any success. However, it works just fine on my iPad.

Good practical configs - basics
You can learn basic settings for server environment (Build DNS, DHCP, promote to DC, etc). Could be better. It is definitely a beginner module
