It's a lovely piece, perfect size for small dining room. I was worried it might be too bling, but once it's up it's quite tactful due to the more muted brassy metal, not too shiny. It's complicated to put together [definitely watch the video on Amazon first as no written instructions] and we had to reaffix a crystal that had broken off in shipping with some of the extra wires provided, but we managed. and it turned out great.

Beautiful light fixture and enhances the black accents in my kitchen. It is a little difficult to install but not to bad.

Cute light fixture and it works fine. However it is not the best quality and was a pain to put together and keep the individual arms tight.

This looks great. You can change the angle of the branches to fit your style. Assembly is not for beginners and you should have intermediate or better skills at electrical work. Use the box to help balance the chandelier during the assembly.

This chandelier is beautiful and it's working great so far. The first one we received had chipped paint and the seller was very quick to send us a new one. The second one had a few small scuffs in the paint too, but they aren't noticeable when hanging. I was very impressed with the customer service.It's worth noting that installation does take time. As others have said, the wiring for each individual light has to be connected, and the wiring for the bottom row of lights has to be connected to the top. Attaching the arms of the chandelier is also a little tricky because you have to find a small enough wrench to fit into a tight space. However, with a second set of hands, we were able to assemble and install it in a few hours. And I do believe the finished product was worth the price and installation effort. It really makes the dining room look special.

The media could not be loaded. Love this chandelier. It was heavier and sturdier than I was expecting. It has the look of a much more expensive chandelier. Very easy to install. Took time to assemble all the parts but worth it. The crystals are heavy and clear. I have it four stars because it does not come with bulbs. By the time I realized that I had to wait a couple of days for the delivery along with a dimmer. I will repost once everything is installed for the comparison look.

This is actually a pretty chandelier that has a few problems… If the maker of this chandelier helps us resolve these issues, I would be happy to change the review.1. The cord is black, not gold. Can you please send a gold electrical cord or a new gold chandelier with a gold electric cord that matches?2. The large crystal at the bottom was cracked. A big chip fell off. It looks like it fell off before shipping because I could not find it in the box, but who knows. If you can please send a new one.3. The metal to attach the main crystal is silver, not gold. Can you please send it with gold, so it matches?Other than that, it is pretty, but with these problems it looks bad, so I would not order again unless these things were fixed. I feel bad for my husband because he worked hard at putting it up, but he was not happy with it.

This is a beautiful lamp. But, be carefull.It comes partially assembled, but you need to disassemble it in order to connect all the wires inside the 2 stages. I recommend hiring a professional to install this lamp.

Our chandelier is beautiful and looks more expensive than what we paid for. It has a vintage look. The gold is not the shiny gold which I didn’t want. We placed it in our bathroom over our bathtub and it’s gorgeous to look at while bathing.

When first opening the parcel the amount of pieces is daunting. One of the crystals was broken, but I still gave 5*’s because, it is of course delicate and there was a whole spare spray and lots of spare crystals and other parts just in case.The video is an extremely clear and makes it very easy to put the light together. It really is beautiful and gives off lots of light with the recommended bulbs.
