The Slayer 10 Propel has many of the same features as the Slayer 13, but its lighter and more maneuverable. It features a wide open deck and a fast stable hull as well as an extra large rudder. The Propel system is the only pedal drive that can be pedaled in reverse, an essential capability when battling the catch of the day. The seat can be quickly adjusted forward or backward for a total travel distance of 11 and still have plenty of room behind the seat for tackle boxes. The Slayer 10 Propel features ample foot pads on the deck to increase traction and reduce noise. These are substantial boats, well engineered and beautifully constructed. They are also extremely stable on the water, and easy to manoeuvre. We got them for wildlife photography and general recreation, and they have proved to be perfect. I fish so it sucked having to paddle to a spot....Oh the wind is blowing, blew me off the spot...stop fishing, paddle back....rinse and repeat.This yak is fast, very maneuverable, easy to use, and stable as all get out - comfortable too. I can stand if I want to without feeling like its bath time. Also comes with rails for all the neat accessories.Pedal forward, go forward; want to go back, pedal back - no gears to change. Rudder is in line so it wont drag below the keel.
