These envelopes are not what i expected. The envelopes are not bad, they are just not what i expected when i purchased kraft paper padded mailers. As compared to other padded mailers that i have used in the past, these offer the least amount of protection. The paper does not seem to be the thickness of traditional kraft paper. I would say that the only thing that these envelopes have in common with kraft paper is the color. The traditional yellow colored padded mailers are thicker than these.

NOTE: I was asked to provide an honest review in exchange for a $3 Amazon gift card. I believe in transparency and honesty, which is why I'm disclosing up front that this is a solicited review. Regardless, it's an honest review. I might not have done one for the product had I not received something in return, but my opinion isn't swayed because they paid me.I do a modest amount of business on eBay, mainly selling collectibles like SteelBooks, action figures and comic books. I generally purchase a less expensive paper covered padded mailer for most of my shipments, but I bought these to have on hand for more expensive items, such as premium SteelBooks or ones that are worth more. The mailers are advertised to be stronger and more secure than the less expensive mailers I buy, but in comparing them side-by-side, I'm not sure I can really see or feel a difference. Both are made from comparable quality paper and the bubble padding feels the same to my fingers. I paid just under $12 for a 100 of the cheaper mailers and $13.33 for 20 of these. That's a really steep price difference for an item that I don't feel is significantly better than my other purchase. In my opinion, there isn't enough of a visible difference in quality for me to buy these again. My recommendation is to shop around and save your money.

The media could not be loaded.  My package arrived late, but it wasn't a huge deal. Once I opened the package, I realized there is something dried up on it that almost looks like puke... Yes I did wash my hands.I opened the package and the envelopes are pretty big (it's the described size). I used one today and the seal to close it was good/okay (I would put extra packing tape over it for saftey). I wrote on it with a skinny sharpie pen and it was quick to make a hole in it (just use the regular thick Sharpe marker); it wasn't so durable with sharp objects. And last is the sturdiness: its not that thick to endure the postoffice deliveries but I had put extra padding inside just in case.I gave this 2 stars because I wasn't attracted to the crusty stuff on the outside of the package.

My favorite part about these bubble mailers is that they're paper instead of the classic plastic coated ones! They have been durable and are perfect for my Etsy shop! Thank you!

I gave these 1 star for packaging. They were thrown in a big box , tossed every where and some were folded so those won’t be able to be used as they don’t look professional.. I just wish they were packaged in side the box and not just thrown in..

These mailers are good quality for the price, have never had an issue with them. I use them in my small business. I have ordered these before from other sellers and were packed/shipped very well; arriving flat.However, I received this order today and the bags were folded in half, falling out of a thin plastic wrap taped around them, they were crushed...with hard lines running across zig zag ugh...I will still use them, because I need them now and no time to wait 3 weeks for more, but I will buy from another seller!

Exactly as described, a true natural kraft color (not the ugly yellow). I'd been purchasing these from the same seller on amazon for over a year in smaller count packs. Thrilled to find a case! And even though the didn't have Prime shipping they still arrived within 3 days (vs. the 1-2 weeks stated in the listing).

These mailers are the ones I've been looking for ~ sturdy and well-made. I read the description closely and, thank goodness, I received a mirror image of the photo shown on the Amz listing and it is exactly as described.
