What I did not know was that there are 375 full page, new pieces of art generated by 350 international artists from animation, illustration, fine art, comic books and movie posters that wished to celebrate the 35th anniversary of Carpenter's classic. All original new art. The print stock is very heavy and with 400 pages, each page is a full page piece of art, and will require study for a long time to come. It is simply stunning the interpretations and renderings of the iconic moments and shapes this movie embeds into the mind.
