I have chosen this book for my friends in America who wanted to try the Indian recipes. I wanted to gift something which will represent the real Indian recipes with Real Indian spices. I was avoiding fusion kind of recipes. This book is good one to understand the recipes. I would recommend it as gift also for holiday season for delicious food.

I have always been a fan of Sanjeev Kapoor. but , the quality of this book is not worth the price. the paper and print quality are not all good. I hope they work on it.
