I always sleep on my side and have hip discomfort when I wake up. I saw a similar product advertised on FaceBook, checked Amazon and found this for a reasonable price. I have been using this for maybe a few weeks and it does work. So far, I am pretty happy with the purchase, I will update in a month or so if things change.

I got this pillow to keep my knees from touching while I sleep, as I have osteoarthritis on the inside of my knees and they bang together when I sleep. The pillow works but it is little thicker then I need.

My wife and I purchased these pillows since we have bad knees. They provide excellent support at night, while providing pain relief from the knees touching. The cover comes off for washing and it is not hard to put back on. I recommend getting these if you have knee issues.

should have gotten another for my ankles, Can be used where needed but does provide relief where you use it either way

ok but too small even for a slim built person legs BECOS it goes side ways easily WONDER WHY DESIGNER MANUFACTURER NEVER THOUGHT OF THIS!!! when we in bed our body moves!!! IF IT IS AS BIG its LENGTH as a normal pillow size IT MAKES MORE SENSE.
