For is size the pump is quite with low vibration, very good water movement. All these types of pumps produce heat but this is not too bad.

I've been trying different pumps for my koi pond and most were louder than the water feature. I spent a lot on the Danner Mag drives and they were super loud in every configuration. The Sicce was my last try and I am completely sold. The pressure is great and it's almost silent. I'm running in on 3/4" line submersed. I think it will perform even better if I upgrade to 1”.

I purchased this pump via Amazon (but they were not the actual retailer). Pump has been used as my return pump for a 112 gallon saltwater aquarium since April 2022. On the evening of 22 SEP the pump suddenly starting making very loud noises. I checked the manual and there is a notation that wear and tear can increase the noise level but the unit is fine. Less than an hour later the unit was dead. I had never expected a Sicce pump to fail that quickly.

This pump has a very loud hum to it. I don't have anything of this size to compare it to but I do have smaller, cheaper pumps that are dead silent. I currently have 1" braided vinyl tubing connecting this to my plumbing and I can feel the vibration coming from that. I'm going to try softer silicone tubing. I'm hoping that helps

More powerful than I needed. Probably should have went with a smaller option. Even though my tank said 1086 GPH I have this pump set to half so I could have gotten the the 700 GPH pump. Quiet as can be. The feet don't come off easy like the Ehiem pump which was annoying about that pump and especially because it died in 9 months and was louder! Great purchase...

This is the best most reliable pump on the market. Sicce pump are all i ever use

one of the best pumps I have owned! I have had no problems with it and it is dead silent! I have had the 3.0 version running solid for almost 4 years now and not one problem and it hasn't gotten any louder. I just clean it about every 6-8 months and hook it back up. It doesn't add any significant heat either.

I use this as my return pump for my aquarium. My sump system is in the garage and this pumps the water about 50 ft under the house and about 6 ft up with out any problems. This pump is ABSOLUTELY silent.
