The slimmer thickness of the 3/8" series makes it an economical choice for a sophisticated home gym space, ideal for yoga, pilates, and bodyweight exercises such as push-ups, sit-ups, crunches, burpees, planks, squats, and lunges. Not recommended for high-intensity, high-impact, or weight-bearing exercises. Designed for assembly on a hard, flat indoor surface, the Forest Floor mats will provide a durable and comfortable padded surface to reduce impact and joint strain, and the handsome wood grain patterns will enhance the appearance of any space. Interlocking tiles should not be installed over carpet, and you may wish to use double-sided flooring tape for any semi-permanent installation. EVA foam is a soft product and will indent under furniture or heavy objects. It is subject to puncture and can be damaged by pets. Each Forest Floor tile measures 24" x 24" (4 square feet per tile) and comes with two detachable border pieces included, allowing you to finish most regular installation shapes with a straight edge. EVA foam is easily trimmed with a sharp knife or scissors, so you can measure your space and cut tiles to fit for a snug wall-to-wall installation. Please note that the wood grain pattern is a printed surface, and as such is subject to fading over time. Extended exposure to direct sunlight may cause the printed surface to fade more rapidly. Forest Floor tiles are lead-free, latex-free, and phthalate-free; a non-toxic floor padding solution you'll enjoy from the moment you open the box.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent find!

We originally wanted wood or tile floors in our sunroom but the concrete floor was not level and we had issues with water coming in. The contractor bids didn't justify the cost of new flooring.I'm so glad I found these tiles! These tiles are perfect, especially for our little one. Since our sunroom is oddly shaped, I needed to buy extra, which is great in case water gets in. It only took a couple hours and two exacto knife blades to get them laid out properly. I chose arrange them parquet style based on another reviewer's pic. I'm so glad I did because I didn't have to worry about the grain lining up.I hope they hold up for at least a year before I need to start replacing the tiles. They do dent easily, so I got a rug to lessen/camouflage the impact for the chairs.

### ⭐ Beautiful but buckled

Looked great for less than 24 hours. Literally installed and was so tickled. But, the next morning, they had warp spots and bubbles everywhere the sun had direct contact.  By the second day, I had to lay rugs over the flooring. I guess now it is very expensive padding. I am incredibly disgusted. I don't know if it is the heat, or the sun, but buyer beware. This gorgeous product didn't even last for a meal in our room.

Very disappointing!  I only used the floor twice and it started to form huge bubbles between the foam and the "Printed Wood Grain".This product is defective and the seller/manufacturer doesn't stand behind their product.  Amazon is just as unhelpful.DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!  DO NOT SUPPORT THIS UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY!
