Quality is not good, printing has dull colours.
Cup quality is very cheap. Please don't go with the glossy look in the pictures. Printing looks colourful in the pictures, But actual colours are very dull. Please don't buy. And the worst part is if you want to return it. You have to get the print out of the bar code and stick it on the box. Call a blue dart agent, schedule an appointment to return the courier and pay the blue dart agent for the courier. This is because the seller is not Amazon verified.

The font printed on the mug was not at all like the FRIENDS font. Hugely disappointed. The process to return the product is also very cumbersome.
