I usually add stevia to coffee and it dissolves in about 15 seconds. This is making coffee with water from kettle, just off the boil. I’m extremely happy with the taste. Best sugar replacement I’ve ever tried.

Is there a Sweetener without erythritol

Yes, there are sweeteners without erythritol. These tablets do NOT contain any erythritol. Stevia is extremely sweet so it is very easy to overuse it. You would need a very, very small spoon for pure stevia powder. For hot drinks, the most convenient and precise way to dose stevia is tablets.
