If only I could give 0 Stars... Please save your money.
The only thing worse than the Board itself, is their customer service. From the first week the board had issues and when I tried to get in contact with their "customer service" I didn't hear back for month. When I finally did get a hold of someone they were no help and refused to honor the warranty. Now with malfunctioning breaks I don't feel safe riding my board without worrying about accidents. To top it off, they no longer respond to emails, and the only good thing about the board (the companion app), now doesn't work either. Save your money and go with a different brand.
