The item looks great and works great. The problem is the installation and getting it to work properly. The main box would leak non stop. Took the piece to professional plumbers and they had no idea what they were looking at. They were also confused that the box was plastic. Had to buy various seals and extra plumbing to get it to work. After weeks of trial and error and frustration it finally works and am happy with the results. In the end I think I still spent less and the rainfall shower head is extremely refreshing and therapeutic so it was worth it for me. Plus the lights gives you a heads up on the temperature without having to touch the water.

The plumber had difficulty to install the valveWe need two valves to change the defected ones ASAP
