Yes, since the recipes use only 5 ingredients, I am finding these ingredients that are new to me, are an EASY way to add great depth of flavor easily - without having to combine tiny bits of many individual seasonings and spices. I am also finding that many of the asian pastes or sauces listed are easy to find at my grocery store and prevent me from needing to spend a lot of time building sauces or marinades. I am enjoying learning how to use these and am amazed at the results I'm getting from the recipes. My family has loved the recipes I have tried so far. The recipes are low carb, healthy and follow my Dr's recommendations for healthy eating AND are delicious. (Let's be honest, healthy and delicious are not always BOTH used to describe the same recipe) I love that these recipes are quick and do-able for dinner on a work night. And it dishes really are easy to make, tasty and by the shrinkage of the waistline , it must be nutritional.
