This is a godsend. I've had a bad back for 55 years and having a portable, wearable back brace that heats up is amazing. I tried it with a 10,000 mAh, wore it for 3 1/4 hours, 45 minutes on Hi, 2.5 hours on Medium and still had 25+% of the power left in the battery. I slept in it, wearing a shirt over the belt and put the battery pack in the pocket. I plan to wear this when I go grocery shopping to keep my back loose and flexible. 3 heats, 140, 128 and 116 degrees. For me, Low isn't warm enough, but that's not a complaint, just an observation. This unit is comfortable and easy to use and @ $35 it is a great bargain.

It's a fantastic heating pad. I have spinal arthritis and am on my feet walking all day at work. This helps a LOT in managing the pain. Today i forgot i was plugged in to the wall at lunch and broke the electrical port when I stood up too fast. So I'm buying a new one. I'm getting the protection plan this time.

I love it but it only has tow settings and can’t always get the right one

It didn’t heat up to the desired temperature. When you want the red light on, the light does not come on bright and does not blink 3 times. The one I’m buying has everything, it has heat, it vibrates and has far infrared.
