Rod's Button Me Up Jeans

First of all, for everyone asking questions about what the sizes mean: I am 5 feet 6.5 inches tall, and I am chubby with a healthy ass, normally wearing a 16W - 18W in jeans. I got the 19W - 34. My inseam is just over 32.5 inches, so I was afraid to get the 32's, so I went for the longer 34-inch length. They are pretty freaking long, but if I wear a heel, they would be perfect.. As for the waist, they fit loosely. I wish I had been brave enough to go for the smaller size, but these will fit just fine with a belt.Now, for the feel of the denim... They are sort of thinner, but not flimsy. The material isn't like "real denim," like guy's jeans. There's something stretchy in there, but it's good. The jeans are very soft, like a thick cloth. The waistband reminds me of the kinds of waistbands in some maternity pants: it has a wide elastic band that could roll down on some, I suppose. I do not have that issue, however. There also is no gap at the back. The waistband sits at My natural waist. The color is lighter than I thought they were going to be, but that's okay. They are very easy to move in.The zipper and button closure is sturdy, seems like it will last a while. There is a cute star functional button at the hem of each leg. The legs are a flared boot cut, and the bottom hem is wide. The jeans are of a style that I have not seen, so I really like them. For the price, I will buy more, especially if these end up being durable jeans. So far, I'm very happy with my purchase.

I LOVE these jeans. As a taller woman (5'8") with long legs, large thighs, a booty and a small waist, it is hard to find jeans that fit well. These fit me like a glove. The pocket design is awesome and I love the X belt loops at the center of the back and the metal button detail at the ankle. I like wearing these jeans out with an open back shirt or shorter shirt to show off the pockets/butt. (Normally I try to hide my butt, but these do NOT make my butt look awkward in any way. I also horseback ride and these are amazing for riding. They stay up, stretch perfectly in the thighs, make me feel sexy and drape over my cowboy boots, perfectly. I can not say enough good things about them. I want them in more washes and I am for sure a customer for life. They wash well and do not shrink in the dryer. I can get several (non-dirty) wears out of them before they stretch out and need to run through the wash. I can wear these with or without a belt because of the elastic waistband (which I was hesitant about buying - but it is just genius). For reference, I am 5'8" and about 220lbs, hourglass shape & a mother of three (including twins, so I have a mom-pouch). These hold everything in and don't pinch. I ordered a 17W 34L in the medium wash.

I'm normally a 16 long in Riders by Lee. I ordered the 17/18 with 34" inseam and they fit perfectly. The length seems a bit shorter than expected for a 34" but I wont wear them with heels anyway! Comfy and stretchy, the elastic lined waistband is great. Haven't ridden in them yet, but I imagine they'll be good. Button details at the bottom is super cute. Color is a bit lighter than pictured but not white, I like the heavy stitching on the back pockets. I'll likely buy more of this brand in the future.

52yrs - 5'5 - 140lbs ordered the size 5 Long (34" inseam)Read the reviews that stated these jeans run large and ordered ONE SIZE DOWN - I normally wear a 6 Long so I ordered the 5 Long and they are PERFECT! I love them!Was surprised by the waistband though :-/ Just want you to be informed - it is a wide waistband, VERY COMFORTABLE, but is lined with a sort of tummy control ribbon along the entire waistband - With a teeeny bit of fat (not bad at my age) around the top of my belly button the waistband, at the button area sort of curls over at that spot around my belly button when I sit down so that when I stand up I have the embarrassing task of refitting the jeans back to their intended location.I grew up in the 70's when Jeans were JEANS and this has never happened to me before - Nowadays all you can find is spandex, lycra, polyester and elastane in your jeans - REAL JEANS would NEVER curl over at the waistband; they stayed in place and felt firm....I really miss wearing REAL JEANS.But that is just my body and I am willing to endure the slight curling over of the button area for the sake of these jeans. Very comfortable, they look great and for once I look like the picture! So happy :-)

I bought these years ago and come across them when I was cleaning out my closet. Here's the deal with them. They are affordable and comfortable but girl, they made my butt look big, flat, and WIDE! 😳 I had been wearing them for weeks and was happy with them until I saw a picture of me at a BBQ. I never wore them again because I was traumatized!

These jeans are sharp! I wasn't sure what size to get as I wear a 6 long, and these are junior sizes (5,7,9, etc). I am always afraid of getting them too small, so I ordered a 9L. I am 5'8" 145#. They were a bit loose, but overall fit nicely! They are mid rise so no muffin top! Nice and long, so they look great with boots! And the awesome buttons on the cuffs are a cool touch! I washed them twice before wearing in hot water and dried in the dryer! They did tighten up a bit, so now they fit well, maybe need a belt (cuz they have spandex and will loosen as you go thru the day), but I really like them. I will deffinately order more!!

No, I would not say these pants are particularly tough for working outside or for serious riding. Just a note for those who are looking at these for that reason - these are probably not a good choice for that. I would more likely wear these for casual or date. They are a lightweight denim with a wonderful smooth finish. Being vertically challenged, I find it hard to get pants that aren't too long, but these are just right - I am wearing 1 1/2 inch boots in this photo - I usually wear 2 inch bootheels. The button is cute, and the hidden elastic in the waist is a wonderful thing - wish they had this style in every color - I would buy them all! - For reference I am 5' 1 1/2 " 125#, I bought the 32" length
