I had tried 2 wired headsets with my iPhone 8+ and adapters but they didn't work. I was able to connect this immediately. Sound is clear and the volume control is convenient and easy to use. Thos on the other end of the line said that the sound was excellent with background sound not being a distraction.The 4 stars for comfort is just an adjustment thing, I think. It is odd having only one ear covered.
