I have it permanently in the bed at present. Because of reduced or removed room heating my toes get cold especially in the early evening. I put it on no.2 for a while, then on no.1 for a while, then off. This way, it isn't too expensive. It's much easier than using a hot water bottle.

Back to the traditional hot water bottle, This product doesn't get nowhere near warm enough to help with any pain sadly, looks the part, easy to use.

Bought these to keep an injury warm and it does just that, I was not bought for pain relief and can't say it has had any effect in that respect, it just gets nice and warm very quickly. Six settings which react quickly to changing them the highest does get very warm so its great you need to turn it down soon after though! Well made it says 'washable' I'm not going to try putting something that will eventually have mains electric passing through it with me sat on it!!!! yep all in very good we bought 2! Its only about A3 in size though its not a 'blanket'

I have now given one of these to two friends - as the first friend had been suffering from back ache I bought one for her birthday! very pleased, so easy to use, much better than a hot water bottle. The other friend has problems with her back, hip and upper leg and she can either lean against it or put it on her leg/hip area. I think I might have to buy one myself!

bought this for my daughter in october and its stopped working at christmas ,no longer turns on , or heats , waste of money

Bought for my mother who suffers with the cold. Lightweight and warm. Would highly recommend.

lovely item much nicer than expected for the cost Only thing no instructions too a moment or two to realise you holding the power button down for a few seconds for it to work it is a great item it really helps my back so I need less pain meds which is great I now have 2 of these so I have one for my bed and one for my chair this heat pad has helped my back a lot given my relief from back pain
