I’m not a supplement person but a good friend recommended the Beauty Full capsules after I had my baby and was dealing with brittle hair and weak nail beds. Towards the end of my first bottle I started seeing results in the strength of my nail beds and surprisingly and unexpectedly also got some great energy benefits from them. Overall really happy with these and will be repurchasing.

I did not buy this beauty capsule because I realized you are essentially paying for Biotin, which you can get way cheaper. Look at the ingredients. There are also great mushrooms in here, but those are more for immune support. If you’re looking for hair, skin and nail support just go buy some natural Biotin and save yourself money.
