Guess what happened to my daughter's rescue-from-possibly-life-threatening-seizure clonazapam pills I had in this thing? It BROKE off or the key ring it came with failed and it FELL OFF somewhere in town. So now, since my daughter's physician thinks I took the 2 pills, I get to pay for a hair follicle drug test to prove that I didn't take the pills, the doc may or may not believe the test results (b/c it was 2 very low dose pills - my kid is only 45 pounds) and my kid may end up dying b/c of the lack of these 2 pills. Thank you, american war on drugs for making it a fatal mistake to lose pills and thank you for this product which failed and now I'm paying some really severe consequences.

Keep my meds with me at all times now. Durable and came with extra gaskets/o-rings too. I like that you can use just one(bottom compartment and the cap), two or all 3 sections at a time.

superb and sturdy build quality.Did not use as a pill case.First world problem BUT I keep losing the lightning to aux dongle for the iPhone 8s. This was a great solution to making sure it’s protected and I don’t lose it.

I couldn't wait to receive this so I could store my emergency meds and hearing aid batteries in it. It's the perfect size and easy to access each compartment. I like the fact that they include additional rubber O-rings with it. There is one huge drawback for me; however I still gave it five stars because it is advertised as a pill case, and it serves that purpose quite well.I placed eight hearing aid batteries in one of the compartments. A couple of days later I went to use them and they were all dead. I never had anything like this happen before, so I took two out of the battery package to use and, once again, placed the rest inside the pill case. Again, a couple of days later, they were all dead. I had to throw away 14 batteries in total. For meds, this little device is great; however, DO NOT use it for hearing aid batteries. I'll need to find another solution for those.

Sturdy metallic and pretty neat really... slots in your pocket without noticing it, but it is very small...each compartment will hold plenty of small pills but those larger torpedo shape ones will only get about 4 per compartment, so if you are on a prescription for pills of this size, and going away on holiday it will be way too smallI like it though, i use it for emergency supplies, in case i forget...or if i am away for the night etc

Excellent pill box ideal to keep meds separate as long as they aren’t huge pills like the amoxiclav typebut overall excellent product may get another for firelighting camping supplies

Very good build quality but it just won't contain all the medication I need in one compartment.

Awesome addition to my routine, only opened up in my pocket once during the months that I've owned it(Safe to say it could've been my own human error)
