I find the bottle very hard to snap on and off. It has a decent size flat, swivel mop head and I love being able to take the pads off to wash instead of having too spend extra on disposables. I couldn't get a replacement for the broken one but, amazon credited my account and I reordered the same mop from them again. I've used it 3 or 4 times and so far do good. If it doesn't break then I'm really pleased with this. If it breaks I will update my review. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't spend your hard earned money *by B***Y on Reviewed in the United States on September 20, 2019* I used this twice. First of all, it took a village to remove the fill container. I actually had my roommate who is a fitness trainer and a friend who is an NFL athlete to try and remove the silly thing. I was finally able to remove and then after filling it up and ready to use, it stopped spraying!!! UGH. I trashed it and bought a swifter and it works perfect! ### ⭐⭐ Cleans the floor but it's leaking cleaner while mopping *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2019* I love the idea and as a mop, it does work, but it leaks. So when you're mopping, it's leaving drops all over, which is a problem because it leaves spots. I'm going to try caulking all the seems and see if that helps.
