Danganronpa 2: Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair Volume 2
Product ID: 98989861
The ultimate teenage murder game continues! Based on Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, the sequel to the original Danganronpa, the manga series Ultimate Luck and Hope and Despair contains many scenes only hinted at in the game! They say if you can't stand the heat, get out of the kitchen...but the one who's on the hot seat is Ultimate Cook Teruteru Hanamura, on trial for the murder of Byakuya Togami! Revealing his true nature in the courtroom, Nagito forces his fellow students to realize they don't truly know or understand each other. It'll take all of Hajime's cunning, along with the help of his classmates, to cleave a path to the awful truth! Review: Pretty good - Arrived in good condition, and was a good read. Review: A great and new outlook on Chp 2 from Nagito Komaeda's perspective!!! - While I will be the first to tell you how let down I was after I realized that part 1 of this manga series acceptable adaptation of the video game's story, let me just say that this is not at all the case of this 2nd volume. A LOT of new insights and information is given and covered in this chapter and I love the fact that instead of being read and narrated through the eyes of Hajime Hinata (who u control for the entire game in Danganronpa 2), this time around you get to find out just what the creepy fan favorite Nagito Komaeda was up to and his outlook into the events and happenings of this killing game the participants must endure. Amazing book all on it's own, but the inclusion of details and conversations and thought perspectives that are here and not present in the game make this an excellent sequel one of my favorite series of all time! Great job!!

My daughter loves this book
My daughter really loves these books. Came way sooner than expected. She doesn't really read books cover to cover but she did with this one and a few others on here. I would definitely buy from again.

I’m not a particular fan of the art style, but the story is pretty solid
Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair is a direct sequel to the successful PSP/Vita game Danganronpa: Happy Trigger Havoc, which has also an anime adaptation (and manga) and had been ported for the PS4 and steam. But have you ever wondered how the story would go from the perspective of another character? This manga follows Nagito Komaeda, one of the most complex characters in all the series, exploring his personality and troubled past. I bought all of the issues and I enjoyed my time with it
