Stops bleeding really really fast.
I take turmeric, the spice, for its anti inflammatory properties because I have had a tremendous number of head injuries, which may make me more susceptible to end up with Alzheimer’s due to inflammatory swelling of the cerebral tissues. And I take a lot of turmeric because I am seriously trying to avoid Alzheimer’s. What I take is nearly 1000 mG per day, which acts a little like a blood thinner, making me bleed more seriously if I accidentally cut myself. And this stuff is what I use to control bleeding if and when I do accidentally cut myself. And this stuff works. I believe it is made somehow or other from shrimp shells, but either way this is what the Israeli military doctors use to control serious bleeding in battle ground scenarios. It works. And it doesn’t sting or burn like some other remedies. It just works.

for the 2nd level first aid kit
My first aid kit literally has 3 groups of materials. Basic, More than basic, trauma. These are considered necessary more than basic first aid level in my kit. So having this in my kit even gets more ready for about anything that I may have to do as a first responder to members of my family

Will come in handy in an emergency.
I'm on a blood thinner so any type of bleeding could be a problem for me. I travel quite a bit and sometimes it is in areas on the road where medical assistance might not be readily available. Never had to use it but the directions seems straight forward.

I ordered it, it came. Quick, worth the money, and in individual 2 gram packets you can use exactly how much you need. Use all 10 on a gun shot or use 1 or 2 on a deep cut, you don't have to waste a whole pack.

Great product to have in trauma/first aid kit.
