I like this supplement
It's often hard to judge if a supplement is having an effect, but I really sense that this helps me sleep by providing a gentle relaxation going into bedtime. This is my first time trying magnolia bark so I can't compare it to other products, but I'm happy with it and have re-ordered it.

It works so don't drive the first time until you know how it affects you.
The product came in caps. I open one and take half the powder one night and the other half the next night. I do agree it has lorazipam qualities. I've been under a lot of stress and don't like prescription drugs bcuz I'm chemically sensative. I also take a Nusapure Sam-e at night. I slept about 10 hours, which hasn't occurred in years, the first night. The powder has very little flavor so the next night I split it up and it has been right since then. It can leave you somewhat groggy. The first time I took the full cap I was groggy the next day. I could never split the Sam-e, even the smell is rough, but the bark is pleasant. Now at 1/2 a cap I'm well adjusted.

It works in synergy with cBd
I decided to give it another try, took 3 caps and a pretty big dose of full spectrum CBD oil and .05 clonazepam, as I have difficulty staying asleep. This time I did get up at the typical times to urinate since I have benign prostrate enlargement. But, I was pretty sleepy when I did, but it tapered off as morning approached. I always wake around 5 but have to try to sleep till 7AM, and it seemed to help. I also took some glycine at bedtime and an hour before some generic time-release Mucinex since sinus pressure is what is often keeping me up and this thins the drainage.

I bought this as I am an insomniac.It did not help me sleep. I did not return this as I had used it to see if it would help me sleep.It did not but may help someone else.

This was recommended by my cardiologist to reduce my cholesterol. It looks to be a quality product and I am having no side effects. Order came quickly

Added BioPerine
Unbeknownst to me, BioPerine was added to the Magnolia Bark capsules from NusaPure. I’d been taking the Magnolia Bark capsules (without BioPerine) for years to help with insomnia and they worked wonderfully for me. Last night took the new formulation with BioPerine and I’ve been unwell all day. A feeling of vertigo and fatigue, lack of appetite, dizziness and brain fog. Not for me. I had simply re-ordered the NusaPure under “Buy Again” on Amazon without realizing the change in formulation with the addition of BioPerine. Ugh. 2 bottles straight to the trash

Great for muscle relief and sleep.
I don't sleep that deeply much of the time. When I take this, I find I don't wake up as often as normal.
