Easy Replacement

These blades were easy to replace within 5 minutes. So glad I read another review about each screw being different before attempting to replace. Just lay them out in the same pattern as you remove them and all will be ok.

Very sharp, great quality, poor instructions

Awesome and extremely sharp! Minus a star because this product should include instructions because the screws to remove and install these new blades are all unique and must be screwed back into the same threads they were unscrewed from. I cut myself on these super sharp blades in the process of figuring this out. But now I'm flying in the kitchen again. Recommended if you feel your easy slicer is slowing down or getting stuck in small veggies.
