Elegant design
In fairness, this product is really nice and we like the design. The problem is it’s not that durable and we’re returning it. When we opened the box, we’re disappointed because of some broken pieces. It’s probably due to delivery handling issue. The delivery people should also be careful in handling all the stuff they deliver. I know this has been an issue for a long time whenever you order online.

Fountain handle broken but do love the fountain
The fountain handle came broken in 2 pieces. My husband was able to glue it back as we really didn’t want to return it. We do love the fountain though.

Lights Not Working
Water runs slowly, so there is not much sound, despite having three falls. The three lights worked for a few days and now are off - will not light and cannot be removed or replaced since they are hard-wired into the pump moter.
