These fit great! The compression is really great on these, holds it all in. My only complaint is I wish they made the compression go a little lower even because I have that c-section tummy. I can kind of adjust them to go lower but it makes extra fabric there when I do that. I purchased this item twice and I plan to purchase another order in the near future. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tall and Slim, happy with L/XL size. *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on May 8, 2018* Firstly, I was grateful that these were long enough for me, which is rare, because I buy jeans with a 36" inseam. Even though I'm slim/average weight, I purchased the L/XL so that they'd be easy to get on and off after an abdominal surgery that needed extra compression during the healing process. The compression area of the pants are still extremely snug, and they do require a bit of effort pulling them up over the torso. FYI, the compression area only runs from the ribs to the top of the hip bones, and below that seam there is no compression, just thick, semi-stretchy sweatshirt material. The crotch area is also a bit baggy compared to the tiny ankles, but might be because I sized up. This was a good value for 3 pair, and they are very warm and cozy.
