Update: I have since ordered two more of these. One stays in my office chair, one in the car, and one on my couch. Since my back surgery, I need extra lumbar support when sitting and this does the trick. Almost a year after purchasing the first one, it still holds its shape and doesn’t deflate. The elastic straps are starting to stretch out now. I do have to readjust it on my office chair throughout the day. But since the support is still as good as the first day, I’m keeping my rating the same.I purchased this to help in recovery after I have surgery on a herniated disc. This was delivered today (I haven't had surgery yet) and I put it in my work chair and I'm so mad at myself for not buying this sooner. The support is exactly what I needed. The strap that goes around the back of the chair holds it snuggly in place and so far, it hasn't shifted or slipped down. I'm not saying that it's completely gotten rid of the constant pain from the herniated disc, but it has relieved a lot of pressure on my back and is helping the make the pain more tolerable.

This is very comfortable but firm..definitely feel it holding you in place supporting your back..we can take it with us in the car and it works great in the car seats

This works very well so far for my lower back . I have tried many different pillows for my back / lumbar for my work/office. I work long hours sitting and this one fits snug in just the right area of my back. I am a smaller size person so I feel it’s harder to find anything that works good for me . it’s only been a week or so but so far it’s perfect for me and less back pain ! Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is cause I don’t know how long it stays cushiony & in form cause I’ve only have had for a week or so

I have so many back issues. And I got a raise but my new role is 45 minutes away. My back was dying. I use this upside down in my car .... weird yes but the slim part is down. I tried it the other way, this way is better for me. I instantly am not crying by the time I reach my destination. Major good purchase for my cars. And my back!

I've had a back pain for awhile while driving so I decided to give it a try.Pro-The product itself is good the memory foam lumbar support is good .-Relatively affordable price for the product/quality.Cons-I bought this for my car seat and it was very tight. In order to keep it intact to the chair I had to stretch the hook to the Maximum which still was tight.-Even when installed, despite the good support, it pushed my entire body more front which put more pressure on my shoulder area. It can be a good thing but it was too uncomfortable for me.-Because it didn't fit with my car, I decided to use it for my office chair but had same issue where it was too tight.So overall the quality is decent but the usage is difficult.

Just like the title says, I bought this for my fiancee since she has back problems. It's currently installed in my Tesla model 3, along with the Samsonite neck cushion, and she absolutely loves them.The memory foam is very plush, and provides just enough support to the lower back and it feels tailor made (we both tried it). I was originally going to purchase a generic one from Aliexpress, but decided not to, since they probably don't spend any money on actual R&D, whereas Samsonite probably does.We're going to buy 2 more of these (1 for my fiancee's work chair, and 1 for me in my Tesla).Like someone else said in the reviews, they ARE quite soft / cloudy, so if you need something that doesn't give in like these plush memory foam Samsonite ones, I dunno... they *might* not be a perfect fit for you, but then there's a reason this cushion has gotten such good reviews here on Amazon.I just wish they sold these in Korea, we had to get a freight forwarder ship it to us.

I purchased this cushion less than a year ago (July 2025)!to use in my car for long trips, since I have recurring pain in my back and legs. The car seat back strap broke in April. Now it is worthless.

I have no idea why this is branded as Samsonite (and several other things, in other listings of the same item with different logos). It's a high-quality lower-back support for chairs. I added this to my office chair along with a neck support also of memory foam and it has been transformational.Whether it'll actually fit your chair or not depends on the chair, as this was really designed with car seats in mind. It's okay to get creative with it, e.g. sew on different straps or whatever, as needed (and assuming you're handy at such things).I've tried several other things of this sort before, and this has been my favorite to date. I picked it mostly as a cheap experiement (it was the lowest-cost items of this sort that looked like it had the kind of profile I wanted, and would attach well to my chair). So, I'm pleasantly surprised, and may order another to keep around as a "back"-up (pun obviously intended).

I bought this for my wife and she uses this in the car and on the couch. Works great.

Good value but a liitle soft in my preference
