Works well, dries fast, lasts all day. Very strong hold, perfect for a beginner handle bar mustache like me. I got black and it goes in black, washes off your fingers well. No smell too it so thats a plus.

This is my favorite mustache wax. It goes on wet, almost like an extra-strong hair gel, and then dries into a flexible, wax-like finish that can still be shaped. It also works well for temporarily covering gray hairs in a beard or sideburns. The Brown shade is darker than Chestnut. For an even darker color, I mix a little Black with the Brown.

UPDATE: CAUTION to buy only NEUTRAL version of this stuff unless you really know that you want some dye in with it! My beard is white, and I love the Clubman Neutral wax - it really holds fantastically, and you cannot see it at all. But I was not paying attention on my last order and accidentally got the Brown stuff - what a horrible mess that made! Dye on my hands, dye on my towels, dye on my face, dye on my sheets, dye on my tissues, etc. etc. etc. I have worn facial hare for over 50 years, but only recently started using moustache wax. I did not know anything about how to use it or what to try. Clubman was the first one I tried. The bottom line is that this is easy to apply, has a very nice light scent that fades relatively quickly (I usually HATE all scents), and has excellent hold when dry. And it does not feel waxy or sticky. The big negative is that it is water soluble, so it tends to go away easily when eating, drinking, or just in high humidity. My beard is very course, thick and curly. Trying to get any shape to the hairs, or just keep the moustache hairs out of my mouth is VERY hard, as a result, for the last 50 years I have resorted to just carefully trimming all the hairs along my lip line and keeping them fairly short to they stay away from my nose. I was never sure just how I should be using this stuff, but it did allow me to grow out my moustache and begin getting nice twists, even with all the curls in my hair. I have recently tried a bee's wax type product that is supposed to have strong hold, and I now know that Clubman was really doing an excellent job for me, and would have been even better if I knew more about how to use it. I probably would have liked it better if I was willing to touch it up a bit during the day. It is kind of expensive, since you can only get it in the little .5 oz tube, but I may go back to it after I try a few other things.

I picked this up looking for a mustache wax with some hold, and I was also curious to see how the tinted aspect would work. I’ve really been liking this so far. It’s easy to apply, and the added color actually makes my mustache look a bit fuller—kind of like mascara, but for your mustache. A little goes a long way. I use about a pea-sized amount, and that’s enough for me even with a fairly large mustache. It’s definitely best to start small and add more if needed. Hold is solid and keeps everything in place throughout the day without feeling too heavy. Overall, I’m glad I went with the 3-pack. I’m already on my last tube and plan on picking up more once it runs out.

Works as advertised. Hard to squeeze it out of the tube. I personally think it smells a little weird, but that's maybe just my opinion. Works for easily shaping my mustache. Buyer be ware. This is a dark jet black wax that heavily tints your hair. I guess I should have known better, but I thought it was more going to match the color versus actually looking like I'm dying my mustache jet black.
