Goodyear 16ft Ratchet Tie Downs #42395

We gave the tie downs 5 stars because they are just what we were looking for. The problem is with the seller. We were charge $68.94 and the tie downs we got sell for $43.39, a $25.55 difference. We contacted the seller and first was told they were a manufacture up grade. Who has ever heard of an up grade at a cheaper price! Then the seller told us he would send as back $15.00. That was over a week ago and no credit. We do suggest if you buy these tie downs buy from someone else. We know we could have sent them back but, that is to much trouble and probably would have trouble getting a refund anyway.

Great package of straps! The 1.5" makes it feel much stronger than the little 1" straps. The rachet is metal with a nice plastic handle that makes operating the rachet easy. Used to move bee hives from one location to another on a trailer.So far the straps have been out baking in the sun/rain for about 4 weeks and still look good. They're not crisp and crumbly yet like some of the other straps out there can get. Just waiting to see if they'll survive this years season before I buy a lot more for next year.Only downside is you can find better prices elsewhere if you have the time to look and wait on shipping.

I received a set of (4) orange Goodyear straps as shown here. They do not include a storage bag. The straps seem okay, nothing special. A little pricy for what I received in my opinion.I have an older set of Goodyear straps that are much thicker, yellow-chromate finish, and are a much higher quality strap.
