Nice mugs with no imperfections considering the price,seem weighty and strong

The mugs are really nice, a good size and are perfect replacements for our old breakfast mugs, which had become chipped and cracked over the years.However, I had to order these twice. The first set had one damaged mug, which appeared to have been damaged before being packaged up, as the box was not at all damaged. Unfortunately, this meant that I had to return all six mugs, as Amazon has no mechanism to replace just one item, which seems daft to me. However, the return and refund process was fairly simple with a trip to the Post Office required.

What can I say about cups?Well made, smooth surface and a strong handle.Wash/clean easily too.

Liked the fact that they were not heavy to lift, disappointed in the colour, from the photographs looked to be a deeper red than they actually are. Saying that they are still a nice colour with a gloss finish. Whether they will stay glossy after being in the dishwasher a few times remains to be seen.

£2.50 a mug. What’s not to like. Smart, clean, dishwasher safe and ideal as back up mugs when tradesmen are working here. The fact the soft grey also matches our crockery is an added benefit. So far, cannot be faulted. Hope they don’t chip too easily! Time will tell.
