Not-So-Smart Remote
It worked well enough except that the pointer feature doesn't work with the tv. Doesn't allow me to turn on subtitles/select other option when watching stuff on some apps. The selector wheel also feels funny and sometimes doesnt work. Same buttons though.

Very 'handy'.
I like the remote. I specifically bought it for the 3D function. I miss having the cursor floating across the screen like my magic remote that came with my LG TV. I do like that I can use the remote to also control my Sony BD player which means one less remote to have to mess with while I am watching. Over all, I have enjoyed it. I did also purchase the silicone cover to protect it so I can keep this remote around longer than my last.

I've been using this remote for quite sometime now and I am pleased with my purchase. If you are looking to replace your remote you won't be disappointed.

Seems to work as ordered. I didn't want the original functionality because the pointer is annoying, so I am happy once I got it working.

Cheap quality
The cursor does not work with this, but it is not my biggest concern. The quality of the remote control is really chip and it works but with a lot of work (have to press multiple times sometime). Since the original is discontinued, I guess this will do.

Something's are cheep for a reason
Will work as a backup remote. But not all functions work.
